1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Zowosi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Services Provided

Zowosi specializes in custom clothing printing services, including but not limited to:

• Screen printing on various garments
• Digital direct-to-garment (DTG) printing
• Embroidery services
• Heat transfer printing
• Custom design consultation

All services are subject to availability and our production capabilities. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we deem inappropriate, technically unfeasible, or in violation of intellectual property rights.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Placement

All orders must be placed through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation from Zowosi. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

3.3 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price confirmed at the time of order acceptance.

4. Design and Artwork

4.1 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork and designs submitted do not infringe on any intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights. By submitting designs, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions.

4.2 Design Approval

We will provide a digital proof for your approval before production. It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve the proof. Once approved, we cannot be held responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

4.3 File Requirements

Artwork should be submitted in high-resolution formats (preferably vector files). We reserve the right to charge additional fees for file preparation if submitted files require extensive work.

5. Production and Delivery

5.1 Production Time

Standard production times vary depending on order size and complexity. Estimated production times will be provided at the time of order confirmation. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

5.2 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Zowosi is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

5.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. These costs will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

6. Quality and Defects

We strive to maintain the highest quality standards. However, minor variations in color, placement, and sizing may occur due to the nature of custom printing. Such variations of up to 5% are considered acceptable and do not constitute grounds for refund or replacement.

If you receive defective products due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or we made an error in production. Refunds or replacements will be issued only in cases where:

• The product received is significantly different from the approved proof
• Manufacturing defects are present
• Wrong items were shipped

No refunds will be issued for customer errors in approved proofs, changes of mind, or minor variations in color or placement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zowosi's liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

We make no warranties regarding the suitability of our products for any particular purpose beyond their general description.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Zowosi and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Any designs created by Zowosi remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
